What a great story. :) Thanks for sharing. I loved reading the secret garden growing up. In fact that story has been on my mind lately. My husband and i dream of having lots of land. And I keep tossing around the idea that I could have a secret garden if we have enough land. Many things actually do benefit from having a wall nearby to break the wind and reflect sunlight.

What great fun that sounds. I wish my parents had let me have my own piece of garden. I think it is very important for kids to garden and get a feel for mother nature. I never read the secret garden but did watch the 1993 movie. That movie shaped how I saw gardening and still see gardening. I will need to read the book so I don't feel so illiterate now. Ha. Congrats of the growth!
