    I know it's not very manly of me, but I quite enjoy picking up a bouquet or two at the store, and breaking it down into 3-5 different little arrangements to scatter through the house.<br/><br/>Though, I've found that some grocery-store foliage simply will not compost.  I think leafy bits they've preserved somehow.  Probably using some sort of polymer.

    June, the arrangements are breathtaking. I have little skill with that aspect of gardening.<br/><br/>But, I think the flower with the white edges is Sweet William. We have that all over :)<br/><br/>

    Bob- I think you may have mentioned buying flowers in a previous post. Or I can be imagining that. Either way I think its cool that you enjoy that despite its lack of manliness. Aaron's less than manly thing he enjoys doing is making potpourri pots for the stove. They typically contain dried fruit peels, cinnamon and other spices.<br/><br/>Sarah - thanks! I'm glad you like them. :) They have definitely been the fun and easy part of the restaurant venture. And I think you're right on the name. Thanks for the info.
